Daniel Hegwer graduated from John Marshall Law School in 2004. He started his legal career at a large personal injury law firm with offices located throughout California. In this role, Daniel gained invaluable litigation experience and learned what it takes to help victims seek justice.
Over A Decade of Legal Experience
Because he was fresh out of law school, Daniel was mainly responsible for taking depositions from injured clients who were seeking compensation. It was in this role that Daniel realized he had the unique ability to make clients feel at ease, which allowed them to provide more concrete, comprehensive responses.
He instilled a feeling of trust because he was unlike the hard-edged, strait-laced, starched-shirt attorneys in his office. As a result, Daniel was able to connect with clients in a way that other attorneys could not.
Four years later, Daniel began working at a global law firm with offices located around the world. Daniel found that the size of the firm made it harder for him to connect with clients, which is something he had come to enjoy. Despite this, he made the best of his time with this law firm by learning more about dealing with insurance companies.
He gained a deeper understanding of how insurance adjusters handle claims, the problems that could arise when working towards a resolution for a claim, and more importantly, how to overcome these obstacles to achieve the desired results.
